Kirtland High School Senior Joseph Bates was named Lake Health’s 2015-2016 Athlete of the Year and was awarded a $3,000 scholarship to the college of his choice. He was chosen from among senior athletes who were named Student Athletes of the Month as part of the Lake Health Sports Medicine High School Senior Student Athlete of the Month program.

Taking place annually on the first Saturday in May, Free Comic Book Day is a single day when participating comic book specialty shops across the U.S. give away comic books absolutely free to anyone who comes into their shops.
