Taste of Hudson This Weekend Ups the Ante on Family-Fun Attractions

Taste of Hudson, Sept. 6-7, offers more than 110 different tented attractions, free live music and high-end food. It has activities for both adults and kids. The Primrose Clocktower Green, across from the Main Street Shops, and The Akron Children’s Hospital Activity Green are two places the little ones can play. Also on the green, you can find Little Tikes Land, a yearly space where kids can test out the latest play equipment and toys. Nick Hamilton Youth Baseball Camp at Weiss Field in Avon Lake on Sept. 26

The camp is hosted by Nick Hamilton, son of Cleveland Indians radio broadcaster Tom Hamilton, and his wife Wendy, who went on to play baseball in the minor leagues with the Cleveland Indians and is now a scout for the Philadelphia Phillies. The camp is for boys and girls ages 5-18 and its proceeds benefit Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center.
